Food preparation cleanliness

Simply wash fruit and veg in a basin of water.  The water is supplied via the wall-mounted inline water ozonation device.   WDS1200X,  WDS3000X,  WDS6000X depending on the volume of produce to be treated.

Work Surface Cleansing

As part of routine preparation surface cleaning, a final treatment washing with ozonated water gives added security. 

Treatment of dishes and cutlery

Often utensils require washing for reuse quickly.  There may not be time to wait for  machine washing.  A final rinse in Ozonated water will cleanse the instruments effectively and swiftly with zero trace chemicals or taste.
